- What browser should I use?
For PC we recommend:
- Internet Explorer 7
- Internet Explorer 8 running in Compatibility View
- To run IE 8 in Compatibility View choose Tools > Compatibility View and make sure it is checked.

- Why are my Blackboard E-Mails going into my Junk E-Mail Folder?
Blackboard E-Mail Issue: Some Blackboard E-Mail messages are going to student's
Junk E-Mail folder 
. We are currently working on resolving the issue.
Workaround: Look at your
Junk E-Mail folder and mark any E-Mail coming from Blackboard (faculty members or your organizations) as a Safe Sender. In the E-Mail select
Actions > Junk E-Mail > Add Senders Domain to the Safe Sender's List.

- Why do I have to login?
Login is now required for all students, faculty and staff, both on campus and off campus. This change is needed for security and increased functionality. Increased functionality includes new tools for document sharing, iPhone and Facebook connect and a new course capture capability.
